Chicken and Herb Soup to keep your lungs healthy
Take 12 cups of chicken broth
add 1/4 cup lily bulb -
4 pieces Astragalus -
1/4 cup chinese wolfberries -
4 pieces Chinese Yam,
1/4 cup fox nut -
4 pieces of ginseng
