Group Acupuncture Clinic – usually Tues, Wed, Fridays 11-2

A highly effective and efficient way of treating a variety of conditions, especially related to stress and or pain. Clients are treated in a group at a discounted price, usually sitting up in chairs, fully clothed. Ear needles are inserted based on a protocol developed by the National Acupuncture Detox Association. Other needles may be used on body points as needed.
Aside from detox, these treatments are geared towards: Reducing stress, anxiety, pain, uplifting depression, help with sleep problems, and generally provide a sense of well-being so you feel better. Effects are immediate, but can also be long lasting, beyond the time the treatment is being given. While the treatment alleviates symptoms, it is also a general balancing treatment, which treats not only symptoms, but also the root cause of the problem. The sessions last only about 1/2 hour and cost considerably less than a standard treatment. This is an excellent way for busy individuals to maintain their health with minimal monetary and time commitment.

Baby Massage – You will learn the art of interactive massage to suit your baby’s individual schedule, needs and developmental level. Baby Massage can help your baby sleep better, colic, relax, deepen bonding and improve communication. From birth to pre-crawling.
Private Instruction is available
Couples Massage for pregnancy & labor – This 2 hour class will help you aid in mom’s comfort during pregnancy and birth. Couples will work together to learn simple acupressure points, as well as massage strokes that are helpful for pregnancy and various stages of labor, birth and postpartum.
